I figured I would resurrect this thread, and recycle it at the same time. What are you thoughts on Fedor? Are you a fan? Are you itching to see him lose? Will he ever come to the UFC? I personally am becoming a big fan. How he continues to win is quite amazing. He always finds a way. Its even more amazing since he isn't that big and doesn't look like a typical fighter. Discuss. Here's a good pic

Interesting, it was there for about 2 minutes before dying. What a shame, it was a good pic.

I'm kind of on the edge on this one. No doubt he's got talent and he always seems to win in impressive fashion. But as of late he hasn't faced any top competition. Since his last real test, in the Pride version of Cro Cop in 2005, his opponents have been UFC rejects, big monsters with no ground game or over the hill dudes. Brett Rogers was a step up but you can't be named the p4p best in the world without fighting some top guys. I dont see him ever joining the UFC, both sides are pretty stubborn. Though it would be interesting to see him vs Brock. Could he handle Brocks power and speed? Too bad we most likely will never see it.

Even though he may not be fighting real #1 contenders, he's still fighting people that could give anyone a tough time. I mean Arlovski, and Tim Sylvia were champs at one time. You'd think there'd be a fight where his opponent just has his number and catches him with something, yet it doesn't happen. Until he starts losing, he's still top p4p to me. Unless he really starts scraping the bottom of the talent pool.
